Marco Antonio Novelo Osuna,<\/strong> presidente municipal, este s\u00e1bado se llev\u00f3 a cabo la Copa Presidente en la delegaci\u00f3n de Ojos Negros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Instituto Municipal del Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, encabezado por el <strong>Lic.
